At MarketingDraft, we are committed to providing top-quality design and marketing services. While we offer a 100% money-back guarantee on design services, this guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

A full refund is possible only under specific circumstances. The refund policy will be void if:

The initial design concept has been approved by the client.

You have requested or received any revisions.

The logo or design project is in the finalization phase.

The website has been designed, developed, and deployed live.

The refund request is made due to change of mind or unrelated reasons (e.g., internal disagreements, investor issues, business closure, etc.).

The service was part of a custom or special package.

You failed to provide project input or communication within 2 weeks after order placement.

There is a violation of company policy from the client’s end.

Another agency or designer has been engaged for the same project.

The brief lacked sufficient details required for execution.

A complete design overhaul is requested after concept approval.

The refund timeframe has expired (beyond 30–45 days of project commencement).

You are requesting a refund due to business changes, such as rebranding or pivoting.

Partial Refunds

You may qualify for a partial refund under the following conditions:

If the project has been active for 25 days or more, and progress has been made, a 50% refund may be considered.

After 35 days, only a 30% refund may be issued.

If your concern is valid but the design process has begun, you may be eligible for a 50% refund after a review with your assigned Project Manager.

Note: Final decision on refunds lies with MarketingDraft’s management. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund claims after thorough evaluation.

Refund Exclusions

The following services are not covered under the 100% refund policy:

Website and email hosting services

Website SSL certificates

Domain registration or purchases

SEO plans

Website maintenance packages

Social media marketing

Google Ads (PPC) campaigns

If these services were bundled within a package, a refund can only be claimed on the eligible portion of the package.

Cancellation Fees

If you cancel a project prior to initiation, due to reasons unrelated to the service:

You must notify us within 24 hours to receive a 100% refund.

If you cancel after 24 hours, a 33% administrative cancellation fee will be deducted.

Design Rights After Refund

Once a refund is processed:

The client forfeits all rights to use any part of the design or work delivered.

All design rights will revert to MarketingDraft.

The revoked content may be submitted for Copyright Protection under the U.S. Copyright Office or other government agencies to prevent unauthorized usage.

Any unauthorized use of refunded designs will result in legal action.
