At MarketingDraft, we operate with a commitment to transparency, quality, and ethical practices. These terms and conditions outline the policies governing our services to ensure a smooth and professional relationship with our clients.

Revision Policy

We offer unlimited revisions at no extra cost, as long as the requested changes do not alter the original concept approved by the client. If a revision request deviates significantly from the initial concept, it will not be accepted under the free revision policy.

Revisions are typically delivered within 48 hours of the request.

All revision requests must be submitted through official channels.

Turnaround Time

Basic design services are usually delivered within 48–72 hours.

This timeframe applies to initial design concepts only, not full project completion.

Revision turnaround also follows the 48–72 hour window.

Project timelines vary based on service complexity and scope.

Quality Assurance Policy

Our dedicated QA team ensures that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Every project is thoroughly reviewed before delivery to maintain the highest standards of quality.

Delivery Policy

Final deliverables will be submitted via your client account or preferred method once the project is complete and all dues are cleared.

Websites or digital assets will not go live until full payment is received.

For urgent requests, please contact our support team directly.

Design Ownership & Rights

Upon final approval and project completion:

The client receives 100% ownership of the finalized design and deliverables.

All files and rights are transferred after full payment.

Any media or content created during the revision process remains the property of MarketingDraft unless included in the finalized delivery.

Content Creation & Population

MarketingDraft is not responsible for content population (text, images, products, etc.) unless it is a purchased service.

If content creation is included in your package:

We will create and add custom content specifically for your brand.

Images will be sourced with client approval from licensed stock photo platforms.

Product images and descriptions must be provided by the client.

Note: We are not liable for any similarities or perceived resemblances between our stock image usage and other brands or websites.

NDA & Reputation Management

We take confidentiality seriously:

All client information is protected and will not be shared with third parties.

A signed NDA is available upon request.

Both MarketingDraft and the client agree not to publicly or privately defame each other after project completion.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM GMT

After-hours inquiries can be sent via email and will be addressed on the next business day.

Technical Support Policy

We are a creative digital agency, focused on design, development, and digital strategy. While we provide basic technical support for services we offer, we are not obligated to:

Deliver comprehensive training sessions

Handle detailed third-party installations

Troubleshoot client-side hardware or software issues

Website Deployment

Websites are deployed on:

MarketingDraft-provided hosting (free third-party hosting included)

Client-provided third-party hosting

Note: We are not responsible for third-party hosting issues or outages unless an SLA (Service Level Agreement) has been purchased separately.

CMS & Email Setup

A user manual is provided for CMS platforms; training is not included.

We supply email configuration details, but installation and troubleshooting on the client’s system are not our responsibility.

We ensure emails function on the server; client-side issues are outside our scope.

Communication Policy

We are only responsible for information communicated through official channels listed on our website.

MarketingDraft is not liable for any issues caused by communication via unofficial or unauthorized contacts.
